Creating A Reader Account

If you want to able to submit reader comments, receive email notifications when new articles,  photo's and user comments are posted to the Charlie Flight  web site, you must subscribe to the Charlie Flight Web Site.

Please follow this two step process:

First Step:Subscribing

If you will send the following to me (jimfoley@charlieflight.org):
    1. A user name (i.e. joejones)                                          
    2. A password (you can change it online if you wish)         
    3. The email address you want to receive any notices at.
    4. A URL if you have a personal web site you would like people to look at.
    5. The time zone that you are in.

A subscription will be created for you.

PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE FROM THE WEB SITE. Permissions are being messed up and you will not be able to see secure areas or post comments.
 

 Second Step:Subscription Options

You can indicate whether you want to receive email notifications whenever a new article, photo or comment is posted to the web site. You can choose to receive these notifications for all articles, or all comments, or all photos, or you can indicate particular categories for which you want article, photo, or comment, notifications to be sent. Once you have clicked or checked the appropriate buttons or boxes, you can click the Save Changes button to commit your new settings.

To access the Subscription Options page:

1. Click on, "Create Reader Account" on the main Web Page (confusing isn't it...  )

2. On the form, Log in.

3. Choose those items for which you want to be notified. (I suggest, All).

4. After you choose and save your options, you should begin to receive e-mail notifications of new postings, announcements, news items relating to our group, comments from Y'all, etc.
